• 规划导则 Planning Guidelines

  即墨区片区投资强度不低于330万元/亩，销售收入或营业收入不低于450万元/亩，税收不低于30万元/亩，产业用地容积率不低于1.5；莱西市片区投资强度不低于300万元/亩，销售收入或营业收入不低于250万元/亩，税收不低于25万元/亩，产业用地比例不低于70%。

  In the Jimo Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3.3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 4.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 300,000/mu, and the plot ratio of industrial land not less than 1.5. In the Laixi Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 2.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 250,000/mu, and the proportion of industrial land not less than 70%.
