形成以生物制品及调味品、粮油加工、肉禽加工、果蔬加工、休闲食品制造为主导的产业体系。粮食总产量100亿斤；大蒜出口170多个国家，出口量占全国70%以上;淡水产品总产量居全省第1。泗水为全国食品工业强县，嘉祥为全国最大非转基因大豆油生产基地，邹城市获全国食用菌十大主产基地。
Jining has established a robust modern food industrial system focused on biological products and condiments,grain and oil processing, meat and poultry processing, fruit and vegetable processing, and snack food manufacturing. Its total grain output reaches 10 billion jin. The city's garlic is exported to over 170 countries, making up more than 70% of the nation's total exports. Additionally, its freshwater product output ranks first in the province. Sishui County is a national leader in food manufacturing; Jiaxiang County is China's largest production base for non-GMO soybean oil; Zoucheng City is among China's top ten edible mushroom production bases.
