发展目标
建设富有潍坊特色的文化产业集群和区域性旅游集散中心 , 打造智慧旅游城市 , 打响“风筝之都”文化
旅游目的地品牌。到 2022 年 , 全市文化及相关产业增加值达到 500 亿元以上 , 旅游消费总额达到 950
亿元以上 , 旅游接待人数突破 8000 万人次。
Development Goals:Weifang will construct cultural industry clusters and regional tourists center with
local characteristics, to build Weifang into Smart Tourism City with cultural tourism brand as “Kite Capital”.
By 2022, whole city’s cultural and relative industrial value will increase to over 50 billion RMB, total tourism
value will be up to 95 billion RMB and tourism reception will exceed 80 million people.

锦绣潍坊文化园、国家版权示范园、数字出版基地、云计算版权交易园、潍坊文化创意产业园、齐鲁酒
地文化创意园、新影华安峡山创意文化产业园、青州古城、龙韵文化城、红高粱特色文化影视区、杨家
埠民间艺术大观园、坊茨小镇等 18 个重点园区。
