潍坊历史悠久、人文荟萃，是全国文化名城，中国古代“三皇五帝”中的舜帝、汉字发明者仓颉、
经学大师郑玄、农圣贾思勰、北宋画家张择端、清代大学士刘墉、中国首个诺贝尔文学奖获得者莫
言等都是潍坊人。明朝园林十笏园、1800 万年前的山旺化石、世界最大规模的恐龙化石群、隋唐
石佛造像、远古火山群等名胜古迹，潍坊风筝、杨家埠木板年画、嵌金银漆器、高密扑灰年画、剪
纸、泥塑等为国家级非物质文化遗产。全市 A 级旅游景区 102 家，星级酒店 43 家。2018 年旅游
消费总额 883.6 亿元。

With a long history and profound cultural heritage, Weifang is a famous cultural city in China. The city is
home to such famous people as the “One of the Three Emperors and Five Emperors” Shun Emperor, the inventor
of Chinese characters Cang jie, master of Confucian classics Zheng Xuan, the famous agronomist Jia sixie, the
Northern Song Dynasty painter Zhang Zeduan, the Qing Dynasty scholar Liu Yong, the first Chinese Nobel
Laureate in literary Mo Yan. Weifang boasts rich tourism resources and cultural heritages including Shihu Garden
of Ming Dynasty, Shanwang Fossil dating back to 18 million years ago, the world's largest dinosaur fossil clusters,
the Sui and Tang Dynasties stone Buddha statue and paleo-volcano groups. Traditional cultural products like
Weifang kite, Yangjiabu wooden-block New-year paintings, lacquer ware inlaid with gold and silver, Gaomi ash
New-year painting, Chinese paper-cutting and clay sculpture, etc. are all listed as national intangible cultural
heritage. There are 102 A-level tourist attractions and 43 star-rated hotels in the city. In 2018, the total tourism
consumption was nearly 89 billion yuan.
