Investment Requirements

The zone engages in the Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicles, data computing and storage, data annotation, data value mining, data application development, blockchain, and metaverse.

Project Planning and Other Materials

The data center in the zone adopts a one-star green building standard + prefabricated construction, and a distributed energy station is built. Gas turbines (aircraft engines) are used for power generation, and the waste heat generated by power generation is converted into cold energy through lithium bromide air conditioners to supply cooling to the data center. The zone is close to the Weifangbei High-speed Railway Station. It is a star-shaped traffic hub located on Jinan-Qingdao Railway, Beijing-Shanghai East Railway and Weifang-Yantai Railway. National-level data transmission trunk line, and provincial-level data transmission trunk lines pass through Hanting District, ensuring safe and high-speed data transmission.
