As a key provincial-level zone for the digital economy, the Intelligent Terminal Industrial Zone in Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone is operated and managed by Jining Intelligent Terminal Industry Development Co., Ltd. which can provide enterprises in the zone with full life cycle services from accelerating development to listing. The zone boasts convenient transportation. It takes only 15 minutes to arrive at Lunan High-speed Railway Station and Jining Da\\\'an Airport and 40 minutes to reach Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Station and Jining Qufu Airport. Meanwhile, ZTO Express, Deppon Express, Bonded Logistics Zone and other infrastructure facilities are complete. The zone enjoys a fully-fledged industrial system. At present, there are 159 key enterprises, two enterprises that are queuing to be listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, eight enterprises listed on the new OTC board and seven enterprises listed on the Qilu equity trading center, forming a complete industrial chain from basic materials to terminal products. The zone\\\'s technology platform is constantly improving. AVOVE has established a well-equipped acoustic laboratory and SP business unit for the R&D, production, processing and injection molding of electronic equipment such as mobile phones and earphones. Scientific research platforms such as the MIIT Fifth Electronics Research Institute (China Electronic Product Reliability and Environmental Testing Research Institute), the Jining Institute of Advanced Technology (JIAT) of the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), and the Laser Institute of Shandong Academy of Sciences can provide enterprises in the zone with technical support services such as metrology and accreditation, test and detection as well as analysis and evaluation from materials to complete equipment and from hardware to software to complex large systems. The zone\\\'s financial services have diversified. The zone has cooperated with Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd. in establishing a joint venture called Jining Eternal Asia Supply Chain Co., Ltd. to provide supply chain financial services for enterprises. The zone boasts abundant human resources. Many colleges and universities have settled in the College Park of the Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and the zone and enterprises in it have established cooperation on leading industries such as intelligent manufacturing with a number of prestigious university resources such as the School of Software of Shandong University, the School of Software of the Ocean University of China, the School of Computer Science and Technology of Shandong University of Science and Technology, the School of Software of Qufu Normal University, Jining Medical University and Jining University. Meanwhile, many enterprises in the zone have established cooperation with Jining Polytechnic, Jining Technician College, Shandong Polytechnic College and other universities to build an industry-university-research and training platform and these universities have provided a large number of high-quality talents for enterprises in the zone.
It is estimated that by 2025, the zone will build one million square meters of standard electronic factories. Centering on the IoT industry, the zone will attract and cultivate more than 150 enterprises in the smartphone industrial chain, smart home industrial chain, automotive electronics industrial chain, and consumer electronics industrial chain. By then, the zone will gather big data and IoT industrial chains, create more than 30,000 jobs, achieve an overall output value of more than 50 billion yuan, and build itself into a technologically advanced, efficient, and eco-friendly demonstration base for the IoT intelligent terminal industry and a provincial-level and national-level digital industry demonstration zone in the Huaihai Economic Zone.
