The preliminary procedures for the construction of this project have been completed. At present, 92% of civil works have been completed. In terms of installation, 90% of the components have been completed; 98% of 1# pipe rack has been completed; 98% of 2# pipe gallery has been prefabricated and installed; 97% of steel structure anti-corrosion has been completed; 107 sets of equipment have been installed in place; 95% of underground pipes have been prefabricated; 65% of process pipelines have been completed.
The construction period of the project is from February 2022 to May 2023. After reaching design capacity, it is estimated that the annual operating revenue will be 2,458 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be 157 million yuan.
