Meide Group, China's No. 1 among the world's top 500 enterprises in the hardware products industry, is under construction. There is a surplus of 800,000 tons of molten iron and 600,000 tons of recycled aluminum in the park. Companies that settle in can realize direct supply of molten iron and aluminum. And it will reduce energy consumption, save costs, and improve competitiveness through a short process. The region is rich in water resources and can meet various water needs; one domestic sewage treatment plant and one industrial sewage treatment plant each with a daily processing capacity of 20,000 tons have been built; two 220 kV substations and five 110 kV substations have been built, realizing dual circuits power supply; relying on Linyi's 1000 kV UHV transmission and transformation lines, the annual power supply capacity reaches 400 billion kWh.
Now, the park has realized "seven accesses and one leveling (accesses to traffic, water supply, water drainage, electricity, communication, heat and gas as well as land leveling)" and can start construction according to project needs.
Corresponding preferential policies will be given according to the intensity, scale and output efficiency of the project.
