Taking the successful incorporation of Changyi Petrochemical New Materials Industrial Park into the Development Plan of North Shandong High-end Petrochemical Industrial Bases (2018-2025) as an opportunity, it invited Surbana Jurong to carry out overall planning and scientific development. At present, the final draft of the Plan has been completed and can meet the development needs of large chemical projects.
