The whole Park can accommodate more than 150 enterprises, and a national incubator can be also constructed in it. The Park can provide 3000 job openings, with an annual output value expected to exceed RMB 1 billion, an yearly taxation expected to reach RMB 150 million. The project of the Park is planned to become an area in Tai'an where medium, small and large manufacturers, various high sci-tech enterprises and high sci-tech talents come together by building three platforms respectively for innovation, entrepreneurship and taxation, as well as a core area for undertaking and driving the development of manufacturing industry.
Shankou Town in Yue District enjoys convenient transportation. The No. 103 provincial highway，namely Jilin Highway, runs through from its north to its south. There are Laotailai Road, Tailai Expressway and Taixin Railway in it south. Huanshan Road and Dongyankoushan Road runs through from its east to its west. Jitai Expressway is under construction. Jitai Intercity Railway is under construction planning. All these transport lines crisscross to form a pattern of chessboard. There is one 110,000 V transformer substation and one 220,000 V transformer substation in the town, which can meet the power demand in Shankou Town within 20 years. There are two main natural gas pipelines respectively in the west and the east. The western pipeline is connected to the mountain pass from the eastern Development Zone. The eastern pipeline is a secondary high-pressure one, which is from Fan Town to Shankou Town through Zhuyang Town. A gas pressure regulating station and a gas station are built in Shankou Town to be connected with the western pipeline. Meanwhile, the gas company lays natural gas pipelines along the sidewalk of Huanshan Road. Network companies, such as China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile, have started their business. Infrastructures, such as water, electricity, roads, gas, etc., have been continuously improved. "Six accesses (accesses to electricity, water, road, communication, drainage and gas) and one leveling (land leveling)" of the whole town have been achieved
