The water resources of the whole region are poised to meet the demand of manufacturing 10 million tons of steel a year. A domestic sewage plant and a industrial sewage plant, each with a daily treatment capacity of 20,000 tons, have been built. Given the current small industrial emission and relatively large environmental capacity, the region can accommodate an additional steel production capacity of 6-10 million tons. Two 220kV substations and five 110kV substations have been built to realize double-circuit power supply. On the strength of Linyi's 1,000kV UHV power transmission and transformation line, the annual power supply capacity has reached 400 billion kWh. A 3.6-square-kilometer railway logistics park, Pingshang-Lanshan Port railway double-track and tubular belt conveyor are under planning. The tubular belt conveyor from the port to the park can replace truck transportation. With an annual capacity of 30 million tons, it will significantly cut transportation cost.
Now, the park has realized "seven accesses and one leveling (accesses to traffic, water supply, water drainage, electricity, communication, heat and gas as well as land leveling)" and can start construction according to project needs.
According to the project investment intensity, scale, output benefit, etc., corresponding preferential policies will be given.
