With a land area of 210 mu and a construction area of 75,000 square meters, the project will build outpatient wards, whole-process health management center for major chronic diseases, rehabilitation center, academic hall for medical technologies, and elderly care center, and purchase nationally leading medical services, health management and rehabilitation services, facilities for elderly care apartments, and intelligent information systems. Once completed, it can provide 800 ward beds and 1,214 elderly care beds.
After the project is put into operation, it will be able to offer diagnosis and treatment services 350,000 times, hospitalization services 30,000 times, physical examination services 54,000 times as well as rehabilitation and physical therapy services 6,000 times every year. It will greatly improve the healthcare, health management and elderly care capabilities of Shan County and surrounding areas. After being put into operation, the project will generate an annual revenue of RMB 490 million, a profit of RMB 130 million and a tax revenue of RMB 70 million.
