1. 55 productive berths have been completed at Dongying Port, including 26 open berths. 2. The supporting facilities fully meet the needs for the projects in the area. The park guarantees "provision of all necessary facilities and leveling of the land", with the water supply capacity of 200,000 tons/day, gas supply capacity of 150,000 standard cubic meters/hour; the sewage treatment capacity of 50,000 m3/day; and the maximum heating capacity of 1,450 tons/hour. There are already 7 substations and 13 new and expanded substations under planning.
The Sino-Japan (Dongying) High-end Chemical Industry Park will make full use of Dongying's petrochemical industry, labor resources as well as the advanced technology and management level of Japanese-funded enterprises to jointly build an industry cluster of high-end fine chemical new materials with international competitiveness. The industrial park follows the model of "parks in park". Through extensive and in-depth project cooperation, it will radiate and lead the development of high-end petrochemical industrial clusters in northern Shandong.
