Project Industry Foundation (or Project Background):
ZTE works closely with Jining in various aspects to seek common development. With the company's world-leading technology and advanced management concept, ZTE leads the development of the entire smart city industry, promotes the intelligentization of the city, enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of the city, realizes the mutual benefit and win-win situation, and cooperates with Jining to promote economic development and industrial structure transformation.

Introduction:
The project is planned to be located in Ren Cheng Qu Bin He Xin Cheng (north of the west extension of Taibailou Road, west of National Highway 105 and south of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal), covering an area of about 700 mu and divided into two phases.  The Phase I covers an area of about 400mu. It is planned to build an industrial park for smart cities, build an industrial chain of smart cities such as cloud computing, education, medical care, Internet of things, Internet, energy conservation and environmental protection, provide cloud services such as data calculation, terminal products and business software for Jining and its surrounding cities, and realize the integration of R&D, production, sales and maintenance.

Market Potential (or Benefit Analysis):
From 2019 to 2022, a complete industrial chain of smart cities will be formed, an industrial park will be built, 5 new industrial enterprises will be cultivated, 100 supporting enterprises will be driven up and down the river, more than 3,000 high-tech talents will be introduced to Jining, and more than 10,000 people will be employed.
