Shandong Development and Reform Commission recently issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of Projects Selected in the Library of Key Projects in the Modern Service Industry of Shandong Province. Focusing on the development of high-end producer services and high-quality life services and the establishment of high-level platforms for the service industry, Shandong has identified 630 key projects for the library.

As per the notice, Shandong will take the construction of key projects for the modern service industry as an important way to further promote the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones and support and drive the high-quality and efficient development of the service industry. Specifically, Shandong will optimize the environment for project construction, accelerate the progress of project construction, improve and implement the mechanism that production factors stay with the projects they are allocated to, continuously strengthen the guarantee of land, energy consumption, funds, etc., make good use of the working mechanisms such as advancing the implementation of major projects and promoting project construction by offering liaison and paired assistance services, and coordinate efforts to solve problems arising during project construction in a timely manner. Thus, Shandong strives to ensure that the projects can be implemented, be put into use, and deliver practical results as soon as possible. Shandong Development and Reform Commission will strengthen project scheduling supervision, conduct monthly scheduling and analysis of the projects in the library, and adjust the projects selected in the library in due course dynamically.
